Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy
Following a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned for a limited time that lasts through early December. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are multiple package options offered in this deal.
Primary Feature
The big draw is definitely a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade mapping application which enables users to create everything from epic fantasy landscapes, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.
An imaginative landscape chart created using Campaign Cartographer 3+.
Bundle Tiers
Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits existing CC3+ users, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Intermediate Package
The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. Package customization options is toward the top of the page, but you can also select their donation amount on the right side of the page. Additionally available is an donation allocation menu just below that, enabling adjustment of the distribution percentage allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
